Shifting perception of the Sport Tech industry for women
Challenge
1 in 2 Mums aren’t happy returning to work after having a baby because of the lack of flexibility at work, and 1 in 5 women delay having children for the same reason.
The Sport Tech industry pays more and offers better flexibility. Despite so many women loving football and Formula 1, most of them don’t see themselves in this male-dominated industry.

”If I can see it, I can be it”. 86% of women believe that visibility of women in senior roles was one of the three most important considerations for gender inclusivity within an organisation
Creative Solution
A platform heroising the female “role models” working in Sport Tech: SheSportTech.com, to inspire women to pivot into a career in Sport Tech.
Traffic to the platform was driven with an organic social campaign featuring a partnership with Manchester United FC & Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 Team, which allowed us to promote women in sports tech alongside the sportsmen and women they support. This initiative was launched for maximum impact with an activation at Old Trafford during a Man U - Liverpool game.
